I am super excited to introduce to you my second podcast! If you missed my first podcast, you can find it here. My special guest and friend, Lisa, in this episode is classified as a multi-entrepreneur. She is full-time momma, a realtor, a life coach, and a networking savant.

Being that we’re both single mommas, we bonded a little over a year ago over brunch and dating horror stories. In fact, I hope to have Lisa back on the show so we can dish more on dating and provide advice to those of us who are on the market and looking. Comment below if you’re interested in an episode on dating!

I had a lot of fun working on this episode with Lisa and I’d like to thank her again for coming on the show! Please check out her recommended books to read below!

Collaboration over competition - Lisa of Lex Life Coaching

This is one of the quotes that I took away from this interview. I agree 100% with Lisa when she made this comment! Women should be collaborating with each other over competing with one another!

Let’s build each other up!

Women can be very great sources of inspiration for other women, but also and above all for men.

Coping with stress and anxiety, talking with someone (better a specialist) can direct us to the best way to react and deal with it all.

Time blocking is such a great tool to really prioritize. Just like Lisa said in this episode, prioritize your money makers first!

A community of support is BEYOND essential in life. If you don’t have your support system/sounding board… You will most likely be depressed because you only have ONE perspective to live by!

Great Stuff! I love the topic of collaboration vs. competition especially between females. We see competition way too often and should lift each other up!

That quote of “collaboration over competition” really hits home. I’m an online reseller and so many people like to be competitive. In reality, the people I’ve met have been extremely supportive and it’s been great working alongside them. May I use your graphic to post on Instagram? I’d love to tag you and give credit so people can check this article out!

I don’t have a habit of color coding calendar. It feels great to see so many women are managing to multitask despite their personal busy schedules and they excel at all the given tasks.
