February FAB 5 Favs + $800 Nordstrom Giveaway!

I’ve never done a monthly favorite post before, so why not start? I’m going to take a little easy and do five this month. Or maybe I’ll do five every month. I’ve also collaborated with a bunch of bloggers to give our readers a HUGE and AWESOME Giveaway as a THANK YOU to our readers!

So here are my five for February:

1. Figs & Rouge 100% Natural Balm – Retail: $8

Mentioned in my previous post, this lip balm has been a heavy favorite after my morning and evening ablutions. It keeps my lips hydrated throughout the night when I’m asleep and it helps prep my lips before I apply lipstick. It’s 100% natural ingredients + I love the flavor I received, which is Lemon Berry. The scent reminds me of strawberry lemonade! Yum!

2. Passport to Beauty Tibetan Goji Berry Intense Anti-Aging Eye Serum with Retinol – Retail $88

I received this in my FabFitFun Winter Edition and I have been using this around my eyes every day. I actually use this to treat those little bumps on my under eyelid, which makes them disappear! It’s the retinol. I actually used to use a different retinol cream to treat them when I was younger, but I had gotten away from it and this product does the job! I also don’t need to use a lot of this product – I’ll squeeze smaller than the size of a rice grain is enough to cover both eyes.

3. Mark. Touch and Glow – Retail $16

I have been bragging about using this on my cheecks in my Instagram selfies. I use this EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. that I have makeup on! Why? It’s gives my cheek bones a seriously beautiful shine! Also, depending on the lighting or sunshine, it can ether give you a sunkissed bronze or a pretty pink glow. Sometimes, I’ll dab more of the bronze colors to use for light contouring. I like this product so much that I just ordered the new Mark. Touch and Glow in Coral!

4. Avon Extra Lasting Liquid Foundation – Retail $12.50

I had been eyeing Avon foundations since I became a rep and decided on this one. I ordered this in Creamy Natural and luckily it matched my skin! This formula has an SPF 12 (not as favorable as I’d like, but I’m always indoors in the office anyways) and has a light to medium coverage. I definitely like that it has good coverage, it doesn’t dry out my skin, and it does last all day.

5. Avon SuperShock Gel Eye Liner – Retail $8

Having tried out Avon’s Glimmersticks, I had to try Avon SuperShock Gel Eye Liner in Intense Brown. This is such a great and wonderful and inexpensive alternative to Urban Decay 24/7 Gel Liners. It glides on smooth and can be easily manipulated with an angled brush for a more defined and cleaner line.

So there we have it. My five favorites of this month. I know there’s more Avon products here than others. Frankly, I would have added more Avon products if I hadn’t of limited myself to just 5 products. I’ve just been enjoying all of their cosmetic products lately, plus it’s so affordable for the quality!

What are your five favorites of this month, or in general? Do continue down to read about the Giveaway details! You don’t want miss out on a chance to win $800 Nordstrom Gift Card!

Yes! Anything with retinol is great – I like that it can be used to manage acne and as an anti-aging prevention regiment. :)
